- If you have a computer with internet access and a headset and (optional) a webcam, you can call (and see) us over the internet. We use the program
Skype, which can be downloaded free from the internet. When you install the same program on your computer, you can call us for free if we are online at that time.

- The number that is mentioned in our newsletter connects you to our electronic voice and fax machine in Germany. A message left on that number will be automatically converted into the wav-format and a fax sent to that number will be automatically converted into the pdf-format. The messages will then be delivered to us as email attachment.

- To make our newsletters accessable to users of as many computer systems as possible, we store them as pdf-file, send them as an email attachment, and archive them in this format. Therefore, to read them you should use the
Adobe Acrobat Reader, which may be downloaded free of charge from the internet.
- The email attachment can be read in your preferred brwoser or saved on your hard drive and opened from there.

- Early every year Christian Services International and Hilfe für Brüder send certificates of tax deductable donations for the past year by regular mail. To do this, they need your full and complete postal address.
